Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive access to your personalized music and planning app—designed to help you coordinate every detail of your special day. You can add music choices, set timings, and even invite guests to contribute to the playlist. And yes, don’t forget to upload your favorite photos!
One-On-One
This is when we meet—usually at your chosen venue—to walk through your plans and tailor the order of events to suit your vision. From there, we’ll stay in touch with regular phone and email updates each week.
The Finale
Perfection
Our final catch-up usually happens 1–2 weeks before your booking date. During this meeting, we’ll finalise all the details and review the planning app to make sure everything is just right!
