Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive access to your personalised music and planning app—designed to help you coordinate every detail of your special day. You can add music choices, set timings, and even invite guests to contribute to the playlist. And yes, don’t forget to upload your favourite photos!
This is when we meet—usually at your chosen venue—to walk through your plans and tailor the order of events to suit your vision. From there, we’ll stay in touch with regular phone and email updates.
Our final catch-up usually happens 1–2 weeks before your wedding date. During this meeting, we’ll finalise all the details and review the planning app to make sure everything is just right!
